Ambulatory Plague

To the Editor of "The Indian Medical Gazette." Sir,?I should be interested to know from your readers whether it is at all common to find mild fever and slight glandular swellings in persons who have been working amongst plague patients. In the past few months, I have come across five medical practitioners who stated that after examining many plague patients they experienced tenderness and some swelling of glands, usually axillary. In one case this was accompanied by slight fever, but not enough to render it necessary to foreuo any accustomed professional duties.
